I am a certified trauma-informed Spiritual Mentor, Healer, and Channel. My mission is to empower souls to overcome limitations and find true freedom from within. Using my Divine Energy Medicine, I combine spiritual wisdom, energetic tools, psychic gifts, and light nature to transform heavy traumas into a driving force for personal growth.
With Divine Energy Medicine, I help clients transmute ancestral, familial, and societal traumas, unlocking their intuition and manifestation abilities. I'm Kate Crawford, founder and CEO of Korē Breathwork, a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Practitioner with a 15-year background as a Physical Therapist. My signature breath technique, the Metamorphosis Method™, helps my empathic clients clear emotional trauma, allowing them to align with their true selves.
