ONE WEEK IN MEXICO, TOOLS FOR A LIFETIME
This isn't another luxury wellness escape. Infinite Bliss is an integrative retreat built around breath work, energy work, yoga, and Qi Gong - designed to hand you real tools, not just a relaxing week you'll forget by summer.
1–7 MARCH 2027 | TEPOZTLÁN
There are hundreds of wellness retreats in Mexico. Most of them sell you stillness for a week and send you home the same person.
Infinite Bliss is different. It's deep work — the kind that actually shifts something — wrapped in a week that's festive, fun, and alive. Four integrative practices, one intentional container, and a beginning, not an ending: the start of a lifelong commitment to your own growth.
Whether you've been doing this work for years or you're completely new to it, this retreat meets you where you are.
For the practitioners and the total beginners
Infinite Bliss is for men and women, who are genuinely curious about self-growth — whether that means you've spent years in these practices or you've never sat in a breathwork circle in your life. What matters isn't experience. It's readiness.
Every day weaves together breath work, energy work, yoga, and Qi Gong — not as separate sessions bolted together, but as one integrated arc that builds across the week.

Dr. Word Smith
For over thirty years, Dr. Word Smith has studied and practiced the healing arts, working with thousands of people across bodywork, energy work, and movement traditions. A doctor of Chinese medicine and translator of Tibetan Buddhist texts, he also specialises in holistic nutrition, herbalism, and Qi Gong. Bringing these different modalities together into one coherent practice is, as Word puts it, the joy of his life. On retreat, he creates an intensive and beautiful space for people to explore, experience, and go deep.

Infinite Bliss is a week of deep practice, meaningful connection, exploration, and celebration. You’ll move between Breath Work, Energy Work, Yoga, and Qi Gong, with space to rest, integrate, enjoy Mexico, and simply be. The aim isn’t just to feel different for a week — it’s to leave with tools you can continue using long after the retreat ends.
-
No. The retreat is designed to welcome both experienced practitioners and people who are discovering these practices for the first time. You don't need to arrive knowing how to do anything — only with curiosity and a willingness to explore.
-
Infinite Bliss brings together four practices as one integrated journey: Breath Work, Energy Work, Yoga, and Qi Gong. Alongside the practices, there will be time to rest, connect, enjoy Mexico, and simply be present. The exact schedule will allow space for both deep work and play.
-
Each practice works with a different aspect of our experience. Together, they create a more integrated approach to transformation — working with the physical and subtle body, breath, energy, awareness, and consciousness.
-
Not exactly. Rest and enjoyment are part of the experience, but Infinite Bliss goes much deeper. It is an immersive week of personal transformation, designed to give you powerful practices and tools that you can continue using long after you leave Mexico.
-
The retreat explores consciousness, energy, the body, breath, and personal transformation, but you don't need to follow a particular spiritual tradition or belief system to participate. Come with an open mind and take from the experience what is meaningful for you.
-
Yes. Deep work needs space around it. The programme will include time to rest, integrate, explore, connect with others, and enjoy your surroundings.
-
Absolutely. Many retreat experiences begin with arriving without knowing anyone and leave you with meaningful new connections. Infinite Bliss is designed to create a supportive and welcoming community throughout the week.
-
Comfortable movement clothing, layers, a journal, an open mind.
-
Please let us know about any relevant limitations or needs before booking so we can discuss whether the practices and retreat environment are appropriate for you.
